• You will have free reign on the menu, as long as it is of the companies standards.
• You will need considerable experience in costing, menu planning, ordering, rotas and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Everything is made from fresh, fish and game are sourced locally.
• You will head up a brigade of 8 chefs so strong management experience is important.
