Host- Arcade Food Hall

Step into the vibrant world of Arcade Food Hall, where great street food and fun come together under one roof in a unique dining concept. We’re not just any food- hall; we’re an experience. With a diverse range of food and drinks, we’re looking for a lively and engaging Host to bring our atmosphere to life.

As our Host, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Food Hall. Your charismatic personality will help create a warm and inviting environment for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and excited to explore everything we have to offer.

The Restaurant:

Located just off Tottenham Court Road, in London’s Centre Point, Arcade Food Hall showcases our core philosophy of creating multiple unique brands, and championing emerging food and drink talent, all under one roof.

Nine brands fill the space: Plaza Khao Gaeng, Arcade’s flagship southern Thai restaurant; Hero Indian Fast Food, serving up North Indian Street food; Middle Eastern shawarma kitchen Shatta & Toum; American diner-style food at Manna; Indonesian street food from Bebek! Bebek!; and Japanese sushi from Sushi Kamon. Drinks from our destination bar, are created using fresh market ingredients to mirror the flavours of the kitchens and a fully-packed calendar of events completes the line-up.  

Arcade Food Hall - Host

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with flair and enthusiasm, making them feel like VIPs
• Manage seating arrangements with a dash of creativity and style
• Provide guests with engaging information about food partners and drink offerings
• Help coordinate special events and promotions, adding your unique touch
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, and have a flair for the dramatic
• A working knowledge of SevenRooms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for food and creating memorable experiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in hospitality 
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
