The Position

Are you a passionate foodie? An expert in all things afternoon tea? Experienced in delivering fine-dining service at the highest level? And interested in developing your career in a world-leading luxury hotel? Then we’d love to invite you to join us as a Commis Waiter/Waitress of our Palm Court at Rocco Forte Hotels.

You will be responsible for supporting the flawless running of one of the hotel’s most acclaimed institutions and delivering exceptional experience that Rocco Forte is known for. You will have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for learning our extensive tea menu and sharing this with all of our guests. You will thrive in delivering world class hospitality and creating lasting memories for all our guests.

Bringing with you a warm, approachable manner, a passion for delivering service and keen eye for detail, adapting and thriving in a busy, fast-paced environment.

This role is on a fixed term basis covering the winter period November-January.
