The Minibar Attendant will orchestrating and delivering spectacular service to Broadwick Soho’s guests and make their experience as memorable as possible. 

You will work with brilliant colleague across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. 


What do we need from you? 

  • Experience in a luxury/lifestyle hotel operation 
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure 
  • Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service 
  • Your charisma, individuality and positive energy 
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership team 
  • Able to work 40 hours per week including late evenings and weekends
