Head of Marketing Wanted - Competitive salary dependent on experience. 

Brother Marcus is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to drive our already successful marketing team forward. 

Our restaurants specialise in Eastern Mediterranean food and generosity! 

We are looking for a generalist who is strategic whilst hands on. Who can develop a team, building the skills needed to match our growth. 

You must have hospitality experience in either marketing or even operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Development:
    • Lead the growth and development of our consumer and employer brand.
    • Define and articulate brand identities, mission, purpose, values, and narrative.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Design, implement, and deliver multi-channel campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and collateral.
  • Strategic Marketing:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support sales targets and drive revenue growth.
    • Manage the brand aesthetic, including visual merchandising, packaging, and in-store/online collateral.

·       CRM Management:

o   Develop and oversee customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

o   Utilize CRM data to segment audiences, personalize marketing efforts, and improve customer retention.

o   Collaborate with the IT and sales teams to integrate CRM tools and ensure seamless data flow and analysis.

  • Digital Marketing:
    • Direct the Social Media & Digital Content Manager on cross-platform campaigns and content creation.
    • Ensure a cohesive digital presence across all platforms.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Work closely with the People team to promote a best-in-class employee value proposition.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for growth.
