Accounts Payable Controller

As the Accounts Payable Controller you'll manage invoice processing, supplier payments, and build strong supplier relationships. You will help ensure accurate financial records while contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.

What you’ll do here: 

• Ensuring all invoices are recorded, approved and paid correctly in line with supplier payment terms
• Preparing weekly and end of month supplier runs / periodic rent payment runs
• Developing good working relationships with our suppliers to enable any queries to be resolved professionally and efficiently
• Reconciling supplier statements regularly and following up on all issues arising from these
• Maintaining the AP ledger ensuring that it is accurate (matching all payments to invoices, investigating any old items, clearing debit balances)
• Processing new suppliers and ensuring controls are followed
• Review e-post daily and ensure invoices/letters are directed to the correct individuals
• Working closely with the Management Accountant to manage direct debits

What we’re looking for: 

•  Good Excel skills (pivots and lookups)
•  Fully literate with Microsoft Office 365
•  Multisite experience within hospitality or retail (preferred)
