Social Media hit and overfall fab restaurant, Solis are recruiting for an experienced Grill Chef.

...Straight from the grill come spatchcock chicken with smoked Aji-Aji oil and flat-iron steak with peppery steak sauce, both served with Asador salad and crispy fries. Para Picar include spiced tuna devilled eggs (Huevos Rellenos), street-style corn on the cob, and crispy beef croquetas with caramelised onion. Bocadillos on the lunch menu comprise soft brioche rolls filled with a choice of grilled steak, onion and herb spread; chicken with garlicky Mojo Verde and Gordal olives; or beef meatballs, tomato salsa and scorched cheese. Don't miss the famously creamy cheesecake (Torta Queso) with berry sauce and wash it all down with sangria, Argentine and Urugyuan cocktails or a glass of Latin American wine

 new destination bars, are created using fresh market ingredients to mirror the flavours of the kitchens.
