Our incredibly popular "Uruguayan / Basque" restaurant, Solis has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join their team.

Social Media hit and overfall fab restaurant, Solis are recruiting for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie.

...Straight from the grill come spatchcock chicken with smoked Aji-Aji oil and flat-iron steak with peppery steak sauce, both served with Asador salad and crispy fries. Para Picar include spiced tuna devilled eggs (Huevos Rellenos), street-style corn on the cob, and crispy beef croquetas with caramelised onion. Bocadillos on the lunch menu comprise soft brioche rolls filled with a choice of grilled steak, onion and herb spread; chicken with garlicky Mojo Verde and Gordal olives; or beef meatballs, tomato salsa and scorched cheese. Don't miss the famously creamy cheesecake (Torta Queso) with berry sauce and wash it all down with sangria, Argentine and Urugyuan cocktails or a glass of Latin American wine
