Castlebridge Hospitality is a privately-owned hotel group with over 30 years’ experience in developing, owning and operating both internationally and privately branded hotels in the UK and Europe, the company manages all hotel stages: from design and construction to opening and operation.

We have four IHG Hotel Indigo Hotels in our current portfolio: Hotel Indigo Bath, Hotel Indigo Chester, Hotel Indigo Stratford upon Avon and our most recent addition Hotel Indigo Coventry. We also have the Hilton Garden Inn at Birmingham Airport and the Holiday Inn Winchester in our portfolio.

To lead the Sales function across Castlebridge Hospitality. Leading a team of Business Development Managers to lead all pro-active sales activities. Team to assist with all sales office recruitment, training and development of our sales professionals and implement robust sales plans and processes across the business. Create and develop company brand SOPs to ensure Castlebridge Hospitality values have a strong presence within our markets. To agree and implement the sales strategy ensuring success in all areas of our business, liaise and challenge our brands to support the business needs.


People Leadership:

  • Oversee and manage the Sales teams across the business. Direct leadership to the Business Development Managers. Provide support to all onsite sales office teams
  • Train and develop new sales team members, create, and implement induction plans to ensure consistency across the business
  • Oversee the sales process across the business with support from BDM’s actively supporting onsite teams and GM’s
  • Train and develop sales office teams with sales processes and procedures including enquiry handling, Systems training and tracking
  • Create development plans for Sales team, ensuring each team member has the ability to progress further within the business

Pro-Active Sales Management:

  • Support all our hotels with sales initiatives instigated by their specific brand
  • Manage, support, and lead the RFP process for all hotels
  • Support all our hotels with their local tourism offices ensuring maximum return on membership fees
  • Support all hotels with local networking when no on proactive sales in business
  • Review and manage all hotel sales enquiry logs with hotel sales team
  • Identify and support any cross-selling opportunities within the group
  • Assist with full service hotel targets, inclusive of F&B and Spa
  • Support new hotel opening critical pathways with all sales and marketing activity
  • Prepare and submit business cases for our branded hotels alongside sales executives
  • Create and implement sales and marketing plans for all hotels, including group sales and marketing plan
  • Ensure hotel sales teams have up to date, relevant and creative marketing collateral to support sales initiatives

Reporting:

  • Support new system implementation such as Sales Force CRM system for tracking of sales activity and utilise to produce analysis reports on performance
  • Monitor all LNR/KNR performance assisting with commercial decisions to help retain and source new business. Provide results as part of board reporting process
  • Prepare monthly board reports for all sales activity


Castlebridge Hospitality Growth:

  • Support Operations Director with sales documents for new management contracts
  • Identify new opportunities for Castlebridge Hospitality
  • Monitor new business alerts and identify potential leads for new hotels and new business for hotels and restaurants
