Located in the heart of Soho Shack Fuyu is our Inspired by Japanese Yoshoku food, the Western-influenced cooking style popular in Japan. Serving up the famous “best pudding in London” Kinako French Toast, bottomless brunch, al a carte, pre-theatre and tasting menus.

 As a head chef, you'll be working directly with the General Manager, you will support and develop an incredible crew of chefs providing epic food and experiences for our guests. 

This is a great opportunity for a head chef to work around awesome Asian fusion food in an epic setting with a great crew of people! We do a lot of thinking outside the box creatively when developing new dishes and we welcome your input.
