We are looking for an experienced Account Manager for the multi-branded hotels of the Radisson Hotel Group.  You will manage a portfolio of accounts and generate new business from within your geographical area and also have specific responsibility to support Radisson Blu Stansted and Park Inn Southend with local sales activity.  Focus will also be to work collaboratively with colleagues to drive opportunities across our hotels in other UK & I airport locations.

You will:

· Drive all profitable revenue (transient and M&E) and market share growth for your accounts with a UK & Ireland point of sale responsibility, through the focus on a selected portfolio of existing and new accounts

· Develop knowledge of each account, its pipeline, supplier management and strategic focus

· Create a consultative selling approach to maximise commercial opportunity for Radisson Hotel Group

· Work alongside/with the 3rd Party Intermediary (TMC-PCO) where appropriate to ensure account development is properly implemented at all levels

· Ensure effective communication and coordination with other areas of the commercial organisation to ensure that relevant strategy is understood and aligned.
