Position Overview:

As the Waiter, you will work to deliver exceptional service both as an individual and as a team. To maintain smooth service by following the operation guidelines while adhering to all policies and procedures of the restaurant. You will be in the front line dealing with the guests so will get to know their likes and dislikes and tailor the experience to exceed their expectations.

Key Criteria:

• A positive attitude and the ability to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.  
• Experience in a customer-facing, fast placed environment
• Clear and effective communication with both customers and team members.  
• Understanding the basics of food and drink service, including proper etiquette and safety standards.  
• Establish a good rapport and working relationship with all staff and all other departments
  
• Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to the restaurant's grooming standards.
