We are looking for an energetic, warm and welcoming Floor Manager with previous host or reception experience to join Harts Group as part of our team at El Pastor in the heart of London Bridge, London

The Floor Manager Role

• 1 year experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a high-volume restaurant
• Previous Host or Reception experience
• Help to train and develop new team members
• Cashing up and end of day reporting
• Managing the daily operation of the floor and supporting the team within it
• Managing and exceeding guest expectations
• Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
• Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
• Design and hold inspiring and informative briefings
• Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant
• Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Strong command of English language
• Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
• A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
