We are currently looking for a passionate Waiter / Waitress, to join our Restaurant on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Waiter / Waitress, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

·         Deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the presentation meets standards.

·         Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries, addressing special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

·         To be attentive to all guests and ensure that special requests are delivered.

·         Set up dining tables in guest rooms, including arranging cutlery, glassware, and condiments, to create an inviting atmosphere

·         Maintain cleanliness in service areas, collect used dishes, and ensure that the dining experience remains tidy and pleasant throughout the service.

·         Stay informed about the menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with recommendations and answer questions

·         Communicate any dietary restrictions and special requests from guests to Supervisors or Manager, ensuring their specific needs are met.

You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
