Demi Chef de Partie
Mission: Responsible for the preparation / regeneration and presentation of the food produced in their kitchen, complying at all times with the quality standards and recipes established for each of the dishes requested, paying special attention to the creativity, composition, seasoning and presentation of the same to ensure the satisfaction of guests and customers, obtaining their recognition and preference for the food of the Hotel.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Place the spices and preserves in a separate place and make sure they are inside completely clean, dry and covered containers. Ensure the preparation and availability of sauces and side dishes to speed up the service.
· Continuously train and supervise the performance of the assigned Kitchen Assistant, ensuring their efficiency and compliance with procedures and quality standards.
· Immediately inform their supervisor of any setback that occurs during the development of their work and that may affect the operation of the section.
· Report to work punctually and comply with the policies and procedures for discipline, appearance, rotas, transit areas and safety standards established by the hotel.
· Attend department meetings and continuously participate in the training sessions scheduled for their position.

· Knowledge of food handling, hygiene and food safety.
· Knowledge in the use of management tools
