Second in command, our Sous Chef is a crucial part of the management team, leading, developing and inspiring the wider kitchen team, whilst supporting your Head Chef to ensure a high standard of execution and be committed to delivering consistent, beautiful dishes as part of London’s most loved dining experience.

Vintage music posters imported from Nashville, a 1950s airstream caravan, and light fixtures made from gramophones make The Blues Kitchen a stunning setting to soak up a live soundtrack of timeless blues and soul from world famous resident musicians.
