What we look for in a Reception Manager:
- Maintain high energy levels and ensure smooth service delivery to keep guests satisfied.
- Lead and support the reception team,
- Handle check-ins, reservations and guest interactions alongside the team.
- Take pride in training and mentoring new staff members.
- Utilise IT systems effectively to manage reservations and guest information.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
