Your responsibilities

  • To oversee and manage all duties of Guest Relations connected with arriving, in-house and departing guests, ensuring that all our guests receive highest quality and personalised service
  • To be responsible for Housekeeping, Concierge, Secruity, Reception and Health Club
  • To lead by example from the front, be visible for all guests with adequate Lobby and Reception presence, and be the first point of contact for all guests if and when required
  • To manage the front of house teams effectively, in line with our values and philosophies
