Night Manager/Auditor

NIGHT MANAGER

We are looking for a hard-working, smart, responsible, trustworthy, and reliable individual who is able to work at night.  Working alongside the Night Porter and at times working alone (covering full Night Porter role) for holiday cover

Role of the Night Manager

• Look after hotel security and guest welfare at night.
• Night audits and reports
• Assisting the Late Receptionist on duty
• Checking CCTV
• Conduct regular checks of the building
• Night Portering duties: including:-
• Preparing and serving a limited room service menu (sandwiches and drinks)
• Undertaking some cleaning of public areas  including public toilets
• Assisting in Restaurant preparation for the next morning and other hotel duties to assist management as required
• Replacing staff mugs, tea, coffee in staff room

Working hours: 

11pm to 7am (may be flexible on start and finish times). Shift pattern: may be flexible on application - ie part time if required but must be able to cover Night porters holidays

Location: Blakeney, Norfolk

Contract type: permanent
