Strong communication skills for interacting with guests, taking orders, and answering questions. Focused on providing excellent service for a positive dining experience. Skilled in listening to customer orders and special requests to ensure accuracy. Professional and courteous in addressing customer complaints or issues. Able to collaborate effectively with other waitstaff, kitchen staff, and front-of-house team members. Adaptable to changing customer demands in a fast-paced environment.
