Spa Reservations Consultant

Contract: Full Time
Salary: £11.44 per hour plus commission

This role is integral to the success of our revenue generation in Spa. We work in times of constant evolution and development, it is therefore an essential requirement that you remain to be knowledgeable and up to date on any promotions, changes and trends. This role focuses on outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• An integral part of this role and the majority make up is making pre arrival calls, dealing with customer’s enquiries, upselling and customer service lead.
• Booking treatments and upgrading treatments.
• Sending out confirmations, usually via email.
• Working to sales targets and KPI’s.
• Email communications and follow ups.
• Be fully conversant in all spa treatment, promotions and capabilities.
