A bit about what you will do...  

Pastry Chef de Parties in our team are passionate about baking, chocolate and patisserie.  They are committed and have a natural drive for excellence producing the most delicious food. 

  • Use your eye for quality and creative flair to produce high quality food from scratch. 

  • Work closely with Pastry Sous Chef to plan menus, products and seasonal offering for the outlets.  

  • Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets. To cost all menus in accordance with the budget, record daily wastage and quantities sold. 

  • Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times. 

  • Develop the skills of the team through appropriate training, coaching and mentoring.
