- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury environment is beneficial
Your responsibilities
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager and Bar Manager with implementing and developing the concept and image of the Lobby Bar. including new drink products and menu implementation.
- Be fully conversant with all Bar operations and be flexible i.e. be able to do both Bar and floor shifts if and when required.
- Ensure all guests are greeted and served in line with company standards
- Ensure all guest orders are taken and prepared in accordance with company standards
- Assume responsibility for shifts in absence of the Lobby Bar Manager and Supervisor.
- Ensure that the food and beverage service to guests is of the expected standard, maintaining the reputation of the Hotel.
- Ensure complete working knowledge of the Bar menu and be able to advise and recommend menu items to our guests, if required.
