Job Description

At Hotel Football we are recruiting a Sous Chef to join our team in Café Football. This exciting opportunity is attractive to anyone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and would enjoy the buzz of match days!

The Role: As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to bring our vision to life.

You will be responsible for:
• Menu Development: Assisting in the creation and updating of seasonal menus that reflect our culinary philosophy.
• Kitchen Operations: Overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
• Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
• Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Cost Management: Assisting in managing food costs and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a restaurant or hotel.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for cooking.
• Creative flair with the ability to develop innovative dishes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A solid understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations.
• A commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail.
