Salary: £11.94 per hour

The Holiday Inn Wembley is offering the perfect place for guests to relax with colleagues, friends and family. The open-plan space introduced an all-day dining menu, 24/7 coffee shop, free WiFi and board games.

As well as the Open Lobby, the Wembley hotel has a selection of comfortable guest rooms and several function rooms suitable for hosting meetings, weddings and events. The large Empire Suite has space for up to 700 guests, making it perfect for big weddings and conferences.

Located in the heart of Wembley, the 336-bed hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Wembley Stadium and The SSE Arena. It is also close to major tourist attractions including Windsor Castle, Legoland, Thorpe Park, Syon Park, Kew Gardens and the London Transport Museum Depot.

Furthermore, the hotel has excellent transport links close to key motorways and the London underground. In addition, Heathrow Airport is just a 30-minute taxi ride away.

Job Description

We are looking for a Chef to join our existing team, to help us deliver our breakfast, lunch and dinner service and assist in the day to day running of the kitchen department operations delivering the best experience day in and out for our valued residents.

The Kitchen will prepare meal options for around 300 – 400 guests each session and ensure our residents dietary needs are catered for.

We offer set shift patterns each week allowing greater flexibility and planning offering a great work life balance.

Role in our Family

• Passionate about food and presentation

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to cater for our residents needs
• Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes and with the management of food hygiene practices
• Monitoring portion and waste control
