Cleaner Profile

As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in infection control that is needed to keep us operating and doing what we do best. Without good cleaners, the hospital couldn't deliver its life-changing medical services. We are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion, want to go the extra mile for our patients, and have a ‘can-do’ mindset - is this you?

Working Hours:

This role in particular requires you to be available evenings Monday-Friday 17:00-22:00.

Main responsibilities include:

- Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer

- Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard

- Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly

- Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently

- Emptying and disposing of bin waste

- Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies

- Wearing the correct PPE for the role assigned; e.g. black non-slip safety shoes.

Skills/Qualifications:

Previous experience in a cleaning role is required, e.g. cleaning office buildings, facilities & housekeeping.

Some of these venues may be within an education setting and this will require an enhance DBS, please make the recruiter aware if you already hold one. If not, we will assist with this process.
