Our new season at Burnley FC commences in August, and we are looking for Waiting Staff to join a fun and vibrant team. This may include the role of a Runner, Food Runner or Drinks Runner.

As part of the Constellation family, you can also work in several different venues within the area should you wish to (we work with over 5,000 venues across the UK). Working Hours

Part-Time Shift Work, Paid Weekly. From £12.00 per hour, depending on role and experience. Shifts will be available throughout the year and on various Match days, and times can vary.

Role responsibilities

Daily tasks may include:

• Ensuring suites are readily set up prior to guests arriving
• Order taking
• Serving food & beverages in a fast-paced environment
• Use of tablets where required to ensure food service is delivered accordingly
• Understanding the food options available to guests
• Proactively assisting guests with any requirements
• Liaising with management and Chef’s regarding any guest requests
• Escalating any customer complaints to management
• Excellent customer service and punctuality

Requirements

Experience is preferable but not essential, however you:

• Must be able to travel independently to venue
• Good organisational and time management skills
• The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
• Confidence when interacting with people
• Excellent teamwork & problem-solving skills
• Driven and dependable approach to work
• Upbeat and welcoming personality
