Team Leader- Burnley F.C

We are looking for experienced Retail Team Leaders to bring some great energy managing a team in our customer-facing drinks and food kiosks.

The role will put you right in the heart of a match day and the exhilarating atmosphere of a stadium, whilst allowing you the flexibility to work around your schedule.

The Role:

We are looking for experienced, passionate, and committed retail team leaders to lead a team to deliver a service to the 22,000 football fans on match days. You must be able to interact effectively with customers whilst managing your team in order for them to excel in their role and deliver a high level of service to our customers. You will be expected to ensure your bar is fully stocked and set with the necessary equipment and stock in a timely manner prior to service, You will lead briefings for each shift, prepare your team for the day ahead and inspire them to be pro-active and enthusiastic in their role.

Working Hours

Part-Time Shift Work, Paid Weekly. From £12.95 per hour. Shifts will be available throughout the year and on various Match days, and times can vary but typically shifts are between 4 - 5 hrs.
