Do you want a rewarding role in the hospitality industry? We are looking for Hospitality Managers/Supervisors to lead experienced and enthusiastic teams at Swansea.com Stadium covering our restaurants and VIP Boxes areas, ranging from informal sports bars to fine dining restaurants.

We are looking for people who are available to work match days, concert days and some banqueting events.

Role responsibilities

- Providing/overseeing brilliant service for our guests over match days and events

- Previous Bartending/supervisory experience, with cellar management experience. i.e., changing kegs, gas etc.

- Excellent organisation skills

- Delivering an effective and energetic staff briefing

- Supervise the team throughout the day, delegating responsibilities accordingly

- Assist with staff training and development to maintain to the highest standard

- Swiftly resolving customer service complaints

- Ensuring smooth communication between team members

- Completion of paperwork

Requirements

- Previous supervisory/managerial experience required, gained within the hotel and/or events Sector

- The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods

- Enthusiastic & energetic

- Excellent communication skills

- High empathy and understanding of others

- Excellent organisation skills

- Ability and confidence to lead your team through a successful day.
