HOW THE APPRENTICESHIP WILL WORK

• Apprenticeship is based over a 15 month span with on site learning and one day spent in college
• Qualification achieved will be Commis Chef Apprenticeship Standard
• On completion of studying you will be promoted to Demi Chef de Partie
• Throughout the apprenticeship you will be paid national minimum wage
• Apprenticeship will cover all aspects to role across Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
