What you will bring
- As part of our Reception team, you will strive to create memorable, personalised experiences for every guest.
- You have a genuine passion for hospitality, with high standards and strong attention to detail.
- You are highly organised and attentive, able to anticipate guest needs, accurately record details, and clearly communicate information to guests and colleagues.
- You are engaging, professional, and leave a positive, lasting impression on both guests and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury environment and familiarity with Opera Cloud would be an advantage
Your responsibilities
- Welcoming guests, ensuring a smooth welcoming experience, check in, rooming and check out
- Deliver exceptional service to our guests at all times in line with LQA, Forbes and our One Aldwych standards
- Recognise and anticipate the needs of our guests, and communicate, take action, and follow up where needed to create memorable guest experiences
- Assist and communicate with all departments ensuring a smooth stay for guests
