What you will bring

  • As part of our Receptionist team, you will strive to create memorable and personal experiences for our guests
  • Meticulous - able to gage detail from our guests and equally able to record and present information to all parties meticulously
  • Engaging and leaving positive lasting impressions with guests and colleagues
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury environment is an advantage
  • Articulate in spoken and written English as well as computer literate and ideally familiar with Opera PMS

Your responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests, ensuring a smooth check in, rooming and check out
  • Recognise and anticipate the needs of our guests
  • Assist and communicate with all departments ensuring a smooth stay for guests
  • Updating the shift diary during and at the end of shift detailing all important activities carried out
