About Pizza Pilgrims
We believe that pizza makes people happy. So that’s our mission. To make people happier one pizza at a time.
We're a multi award-winning group of pizzerias started by brothers Thom & James 10 years ago by driving a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk all the way from Sicily to London on a “Pizza Pilgrimage” to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. They went on to set up a market stall in Soho with an oven in the back of the van & have grown steadily into one of the UK’s most respected Neapolitan pizza companies.
We use the best ingredients from Naples including Caputo flour, fresh fior di latte, salsiccia e friarielle , to make the best Neapolitan pizza every day. But we also know that each day is an opportunity to improve our food quality, our impact on the planet and our training.
We’ve recently achieved BCORP status. Which basically means we believe in doing things for the right reasons; for our teams, our guests, our community and our planet.

Whilst parties are great, we know that people enjoy learning new skills too, so we invest in everyone’s development – we even have our very own pizza academy. The sky is the limit at Pilgrims, from KP to Head Chef, or Waiter to General Manager, it’s there for the taking.
We run regular trips to Naples in Italy to tour the Caputo flour mill and sample the lemons that make up our Pococello, giving you a full experience of what Pizza Pilgrims is all about.
