As a BIMS Shift Manager you have a really important role! When the managers aren’t there, you are leading the team to deliver shifts that run smoothly, enable great guest experiences and smash their targets. When the managers are there, you are a key support to them in running the perfect shift.

What Will I Be Doing?
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Participate in training programs to learn about various aspects of restaurant management, including financial management, marketing, and human resources.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming and clean environment for guests.
- Help manage and handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Contribute to staff training and development by providing guidance and feedback to team members.
- Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
What Do You Need From Me?
- A genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to pursue a career in restaurant management.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
