SENIOR SALES MANAGER 

We are seeking a driven and highly networked Sales professional to join The Other House portfolio. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agents, and local businesses, to support customer satisfaction, retention, and new business growth. In this role, you’ll assist in developing and delivering an impactful sales strategy to drive guest acquisition and loyalty. You’ll use your expertise in the latest sales tools, including social media, to generate business and ensure CRM adoption. 

Key responsibilities include achieving successful RFP negotiations, implementing revenue-generating strategies, and supporting departmental financial targets through effective cost controls and budgeting. This role will involve preparing strategic sales plans aligned with marketing and operational goals, setting departmental targets, and overseeing efficient cost management to achieve profitable growth 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ industry experience of Sales delivery within the hospitality industry
  • Exemplary commercial awareness
  • Excellent understanding of the business travel industry including the hotel and serviced apartment sector, relocation and mobility.
  • A tech-led mindset, owning systems and leading data driven conversations
  • Knowledge of the markets specifically the luxury / lifestyle hotel sector
  • Proven experience in hotel and serviced apartment openings
  • Demonstrable leadership, motivational and management skillsExcellent organisation, planning and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Personable and articulate with natural ability to build rewarding relationships
  • Accountable and resilient
  • Ability to work under pressure with flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Well informed about political and economic events in the UK and globally which may affect the UK hospitality/property market
  •  A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions
  • Proficient in CRM Tools and Microsoft Office suite
