Front of House Team Member

Following the successful launch of Smash and Grab at our venue in Hammersmith, we are now looking for an experienced Front of House Team Member to join our fantastic team.

Smash and Grab is a Smash Burger offering that runs every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at Sam's Kitchen in Hammersmith and showcases what we believe, are the best burgers in London.

You will pride yourself on delivering a memorable experience, in a fast and courteous manner. You will help in keeping the restaurant organised and fully stocked while helping preparing drinks and serving guests. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering detailed descriptions..
• Take and accurately input orders, ensuring attention to guests’ dietary restrictions.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist in setting up tables before service.
• Ensure guests have an exceptional experience by checking in with them regularly and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen to ensure timely service.
• Handle payment transactions and process billing accurately.
• Uphold health and safety standards and adhere to restaurant policies.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work well in a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Able to Commit to every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at evenings
