As a Spa Receptionist you will:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls, book appointments, and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage spa reservations and ensure accuracy of booking information.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the spa reception area
- Process payments accurately.
- Provide information about spa services, promotions, and products to guest.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as pool checks, health and safety and inventory management.
- Collaborate effectively with other spa team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to spa policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests.
