Health and Safety Manager

This year will see us open 4 new clubs taking us to 13 in London. Beyond this, our plan is to almost double in size, as well as continue the ongoing refurbishments of our existing portfolio.

We are now looking to appoint a Health and Safety Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and implementing H&S policies and procedures across all Third Space premises. This role will be responsible for managing and ensuring that all H&S processes and procedures that are in place in Third Space are being followed and adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive relevant and necessary H&S policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits at all sites.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes.
• Develop and deliver H&S training programmes for Team Members, working closely with the club Operations Managers to include induction training for new Team Members.

 About You

• Professional certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
• Proven experience in a H&S role, preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to various sites as required.
