Constellation Platinum VIP Supervisor for the Amex Lounge at The O2 Arena London

Constellation Platinum is looking for an experienced VIP restaurant supervisor to support our Front of House team in the Amex Lounge at The O2 Arena London. We are seeking someone who can commit to at least 90% of events and someone who can be a reliable supervisor to lead a team.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, confident candidate who has enthusiasm for hospitality and would like to expand their skill set and accelerate their vocation.

Constellation Platinum is a brand within the Compass Group that provides a front of house team to selected premium restaurants & suites in flagship London venues. We operate differently from others as you can choose the frequency that you work, meaning you have control over your schedule. We offer VIP roles ranging from 10 to 40+ hours per week, this can be altered at any time making the role perfect for those who are looking for flexibility.

As a part of the Platinum team, you will be encouraged to expand your skill in food knowledge, drinks service and guest relations through our onsite masterclasses.

Main Responsibilities:

- Overseeing your section of VIP waiters

- Ensuring smooth service & communication within your team

- Motivating and managing your team to ensure the best possible service is achieved

- Expeditiously resolving customer complaints

- Aiding the Lead Manager overseeing the floor

Experience:

- Previous VIP restaurant supervising experience is essential

Requirements:

- The ability to remain calm and collected in high stress environments

- High empathy and understanding of others

- Cocktail & wine knowledge with food menu pairings

- Understanding fine dining food terminology & menu descriptions

- Outstanding organisation skills
