Experienced Cocktail Bartender needed for The 02 Arena London for the winter season! (18+ ONLY)

Constellation Platinum is looking for experienced cocktail bartenders to work with us regularly in the American Express Lounge in The O2 Arena London!

We are looking for someone who can commit to 90% of the event days over the winter and Christmas period. As this is for a seasonal role, we cannot guarantee work after the Winter events are finished at the O2 Arena.

Average shifts are four hours long, usually from around 4:30-8:30pm, however longer shifts do become available from time to time.

Constellation Platinum is a brand within the Compass Group that provides a front of house team to selected premium restaurants & suites in flagship London venues. We operate differently from others as you can choose the frequency that you work, meaning you have control over your schedule.

As a part of the Platinum team, you will be encouraged to expand your skill in food knowledge, drinks service and guest relations through our onsite masterclasses.

The Person

· Engaging, flexible and friendly in manner, with confidence when meeting and interacting with people to discover their needs.

· 12 months minimum High-end London bar experience.

· Basic mixologist experience.

· Basic flaring experience.

· Extensive spirits knowledge.

· Be organised with effective time management.

· Demonstrate use of required technology or ability to write clear orders.

· Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.

· Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment.

· Ability to solve problems quickly and think on your feet.

· Comfortable to walk & stand during majority of shift

· Must be able to work flexible hours on both weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

· Must be able to travel home from the venue sometimes at 1am
