Our client who are one of the leading financial institutes in London are looking for a Sous Chef. Working within the Hospitality kitchen, which includes fine dining, canape events, bowl food & directors dining.
You'll be responsible for managing a team of 6 Chefs alongside the Head Chef, so strong man management skills are essential. With an incredibly demanding client there is no margin for error & the ideal Chef should preferably come with experience within a high end B&I site, 5 star hotel or restaurant environment. With last minute changes to daily events you will need to have strong organisational skills and the ability to think on the spot with a creative mind and strong knowledge of the latest food trends.
This is an amazing opportunity within this premium contract catering site, we are looking for a Chef of the highest calibre with at least 2 year's experience at Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef level within a similar Corporate environment.
