We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as Dining Room Coordinator.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Dining Room Coordinator will be to manage and be responsible for all aspects of the dining room, serve meals to our resident’s following The Hawthorns procedures in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner.
Other responsibilities will include:
    Managing the servers’ shift rotas and ensuring adequate cover at all mealtimes.    Ensuring that the dining room staff training is of a high standard including correct table settings and serving etiquette.     Liaising with the Head Chef to ensure food service is consistent and of high quality.     Organising the dining areas to accommodate special events.     Checking food and beverage carts for meal requirements and re-stock when required.
ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate must have:
    A current Food Hygiene Certificate    Demonstratable experience in a hospitality related background.    Supervisory experience in a similar role.     Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to meet time deadlines.
