We are currently looking for a Talent & Culture Manager to join the Talent and Culture team at Rosewood London.
Key expectations of this role are
• Supporting the effective management and performance of the Talent & Culture function whilst maintaining and continuing to develop efficient processes and services to support the smooth running of the department.
• Acting as an advisor and key business partner to the operations, focusing on managing all aspects of the employee relations and the recruitment cycle.
• Driving our culture through effective communication and promotion of positive employee relations whilst ensuring compliance with the hotel's policies and current legislation.
• Building and nurturing relationships with the wider hotel team to ensure we deliver an unrivalled employee experience to our associates.
• Demonstrating the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in order to motivate the team to achieve the highest standards possible.

Profile
• Extensive employee relations and recruitment experience is essential.
• Experience of managing a team is essential.
• A Human Resources related qualification is preferred.
• Experience of working in a luxury environment is preferred.
• An exceptional level of attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English.
• The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
