We are currently looking for a Bartender to join our team of associates in Scarfes Bar at Rosewood London. Our Bartenders are appointed to prepare and create high quality beverages and provide engaging, refined and intuitive service to all our guests. This role offers a schedule of approximately 45 hours spread over 5 evening shifts per week.

Key expectations of this role are

  • Delivering all bar related aspects of the guest experience according to Rosewood standards.
  • Efficiently preparing drinks, setting up & breaking down of the bar in line with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's).
  • Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a sophisticated environment.
  • Taking a proactive approach in developing the yourself, Barbacks and ultimately the overall guest experience.


Profile

  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others.
  • Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
  • Having a passion for guest service and the art of cocktails crafting.
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of Mixology and bartending in a high volume, upscale environment.
