ABOUT THE ROLE
The Reception Supervisor oversees the Reception team to ensure that all guest needs are met to the high standards and coordinates with all front of house colleagues to ensure our guests’ expectations are always exceeded.
Under the direction of the Front Office Manager, you will assist in achieving the goals and targets set by maximising RevPAR / Occupancy / Average Room Rate.
