As a Bar Supervisor at our establishment, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient bar operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily bar activities, such as managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring quality service delivery. You will lead by example, guiding and motivating the bar staff to uphold high standards of guest's service and professionalism. Collaborating closely with the management team, you'll contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and enhancing the overall guest experience. Your role will also involve handling guest's inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
