We are currently looking for a Executive Assistant to The Founder to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity, reporting to and supporting The Founder.

The responsibilities of our Executive Assistant to The Founder are:

  • Acting as the first point of contact to The Founder.
  • Full diary management of The Founder's calendar across different time zones.
  • Inbox management, identifying and prioritizing any urgent matters.
  • Meeting management, document production and preparation of detailed itineraries.
  • Dealing with expenses, credit cards and general financial administration.
  • Looking after personal errands, assisting with both business and personal events.

The Experience & Qualifications required of our Executive Assistant to The Founder are:

  • Have previous experience supporting a senior level executive within an entrepreneurial/growing, family office or SME business.
  • First class written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadline.
  • Ability to adhere to complete confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Knowledge of Office Suite – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

The working hours:

  • Monday - Friday.

The club is closed on Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
