We are looking for an enthusiastic Night Porter to join our family on a full time basis. This position reports to the Night Manager and Front Office Manager.
Working pattern: 4 days on 4 days off / shift work 8pm to 8am
We are looking for someone with previous hotel Night Porter experience with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Has a positive attitude towards training and development and enjoys delivering personalised outstanding service to our guest.
As a Night Porter you will
- Ensure guests luggage is delivered correctly
- Provide great knowledge of the hotel and local area
- Assis with reception and concierge requests
- Answer general guest queries
- Prepare and delivering room service orders after Kitchen team has finished for the day
- Ensure the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times
