The Role:
- The Recruitment Coordinator position at Wingstop, is a regional role that supports the people agenda from a recruitment & onboarding perspective.
- The Recruitment Coordinator is accountable for crew recruitment - attraction to onboarding, within our current sites & new site openings, always ensuring that the recruitment strategy is adhered across the business.
- The Recruitment Coordinator will strategically report into Recruitment Partners & Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
Furthermore, the Recruitment Co-Ordinator will be accountable for:
- Identifying recruitment needs alongside the Recruitment Partner & Operations.
- Defining the recruitment and selection strategies to efficiently fill those vacancies.
- Presenting recruitment strategies to ensure equality & consistency to the recruitment process from start to finish
- Advertising for Crew Members for our exciting new openings while supporting our existing estate.
- Working to deadlines to ensure new store openings portray a full crew team.
- Proactively managing the crew candidate journey from attraction, coordination of interviews and onboarding.
- Supporting the site Managers & District Managers with their high priority Crew recruitment requirements.
- Initialising assessment / Open days for volume hiring.
- Ensuring that all crew new starters are entered on Fourth & their On- boarding documentation is uploaded. Including Right to work eligibility checks & uploads.)
- Developing & owning the recruitment system to ensure recruitment is streamlined and site managers are adhering to the platform procedures.
- Training & upskilling site managers on candidate interview evaluation techniques, using the correct documentation.
- Supporting the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with utilizing technology (video screening) for crew hires.
- Developing recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- To be considered, you must have at least 1 year worth of experience a Recruitment Coordinator or higher naturally within QSR/hospitality.
- In-house recruitment experience is desirable. Candidates with a Recruitment background are essential.
- The Recruitment Coordinator role is a regional role due to Wingstop UK’s expansion nationwide.
- Please note to be considered, you must have the right to work within the UK and be available to work Monday – Friday & occasionally evenings/weekends to meet the business’s needs.
- This role will require occasional travel and time spent away from home attending, supporting & running assessment centres.
