Floor Manager

• Lead by Example: Manage labour efficiently, ensuring staff are motivated, punctual, and operate seamlessly.
• Customer Experience: Handle feedback with elegance, ensuring every diner leaves with a memorable experience.
• Efficient Operations: Keep our EPOS system updated with current menu offerings and pricing.
• Stock Management: Oversee inventory, guaranteeing we are audit-ready at all times.
• Maintain Excellence: Ensure our restaurant is immaculate, from front-of-house recruitment and training to general upkeep.
